How can I cancelling an order?
Please contact us at support@smartcubing.com to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. Please contact us at support@smartcubing.com before your order ships out, and provide your order number and new shipping address.
If your order has already been sent, then unfortunately you will no longer be able to modify the
address.

When my order will be shipped out?
The order usually needs to take 2-3 business days to process and dispatch.

We ship worldwide to any address that will accept deliveries! Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout for available shipping options.

What should I do if I’m informed that import taxesare required?
You are responsible for paying any import taxes associated with your order.
Return & Replacement
What if I do not want the item that I ordered?
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. If the product still in new or like-new condition, you can ship the item back to us. And customers need to pay for any return shipping to our service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable).
What if the item that I received is defective?
Please report non-user damage to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We can offer complete replacement and we will be responsible for any shipping cost.
What if my package seems to be lost?
If your package is confirmed lost, we will reship a replacement to you. If you eventually receive a lost package, we kindly request that you refuse its delivery to
assist us in retrieving the lost package.
What should I do if there is a missing item in thepackage that I received?
On rare occasions, you may receive a package from us with something missing.
Please contact us within one week of receiving the package. We can offer a replacement
immediately.
If you no longer want the missing item, we can issue a refund equal to the item’s value.
