Cancellation

  1. If your package hasn’t been shipped

Please send us an email to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, we will refund you after confirming the application, please do not open a charge back, because in that way your refund time will be lengthened.

  1. If your package has been shipped.

Sorry, we cannot apply a cancellation and refund for you If your package has been shipped, because the package has already been sent.

Return

  1. If you have received your package

You can request 7 days unreasonable return if the following conditions are met:

  • Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition (The product packaging, accessories, gifts, and user manual are complete, and it has not been activated for use, which will not affect secondary sales)

Returns are not supported in the following situations:

  • It is requested beyond 7 calendar days of receiving a product.
  • The product does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
  • Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product.
  • Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
  • The outer package has been torn.
  • After contacting GAN Smart Cubing support team to confirm the return service, the item was not been sent within 7 calendar days;

  • Email us by support@smartcubing.com
  • Provide your order number.
  • Provide photos or video that can prove the product is still in new or like-new condition.
  • We will review your application within 3 business days
  1. Refund time and amount
  • If the order has not been shipped, we will review your application within 3 business days, and when the application is approved, the full order amount (including shipping fee) will be refunded
  • 7 days unreasonable return: After we receiving the returned product and checking that the product is not damaged, we will refund the order amount after deducting the shipping fee
  • The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
  1. Return shipping fee
  • Customers need to pay for any return shipping to our service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.
  • Additional costs such as taxes caused by the return will be deducted from the refund amount. Sorry for the inconvenience and appreciation for your understanding.

    Replacement

    You can request our replacement service if the following conditions are met:

    • Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

    Replacement are not supported in the following situations:

    • It is requested beyond 14 calendar days of receiving a product.
    • Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product.
    • Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
    • The gift do not support replacement.

    Replacement instruction

    • Email us by support@smartcubing.com
    • Provide your order number.
    • Provide photo or video evidence of product damage, and describe the reason for replacement clearly
    • We will review your application within 3 business days

    Notice: After we confirm that it is a quality problem caused by product performance, we will resend a new product for you and in the meantime, you do not need to return the product.

    For quality problems caused by product performance, Smartcubing will take respnsibility shipping fee for resending the product.

    One Year Warranty

    Our products come with a one-year warranty covering any non-human-induced quality issues. If your product has any quality issues within this period, you are eligible for a free replacement or a refund.
    However, for quality issues arising after one year, customers will be required to purchase replacement parts at their own expense.
    This warranty ensures that you can trust in the quality and reliability of our products, providing you with peace of mind regarding your purchase.
